To make a reservation, click on the 'Reservations' button, then select the date of your stay, the number of guests, and choose the property where you want to stay from the categories: Apartments, Pethouses and Villas. Select one available stay from the list. Then select additional amenities and click on the 'Book now' button. Enter your personal information, email address and phone number. Next, choose whether you want to make payment in our system or on the spot via credit card. In the last step, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation and we will start preparing for your arrival.

What are the types of accommodations at the resort?

Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential enables you to stay in apartments, penthouses or villas. Check our offer and choose the option that interests you.

What are the check-in and check-out hours?

Check-in at Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential is enabled from 3 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m.

What are refundable offers?

When choosing accommodation among the Apartments and Penthouses at Playa Palmera, you can find both refundable and non-refundable options. Refundable offers allow you to book your stay with the possibility of canceling it free of charge at any time. This is a perfect choice for guests who value flexibility. For this option, payment for the stay is made by card or cash at the reception during check-in.

What are non-refundable offers?

The non-refundable offer has been designed for guests who are certain about their vacation plans. By choosing this option, you also receive an additional 10% discount. Payment is made online through one of the available payment systems and must be completed within 48 hours of making the reservation. Please make a well-considered decision, as in the case of cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Are refundable and non-refundable offers available for all types of accommodation?

No. Refundable and non-refundable offers are available when booking our Apartments and Penthouses, Exclusive Apartments and Penthouses, as well as rooms in Hostel Neon. All villas in our offer are subject to a non-refundable policy.

Does the resort offer airport transfer organization?

Yes, when booking your stay at Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential, you can select the option to organize an airport transfer. To do so, it is necessary to specify the date and flight number.

How long does it take to get to the resort from Punta Cana International Airport?

Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential is located in close proximity to the airport. It takes about 35-40 minutes to get to the resort.

The main town and entertainment center of the region are the cities of Punta Cana and Bavaro. There are many stores, restaurants, discos and many other places for leisure activities. It takes about 30 minutes to reach them from Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential.

No, children of all ages are welcome at Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential.

Are pets accepted?

No, Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential does not allow you to stay with pets.

What documents are needed at check-in?

At check-in at Playa Palmera Beach Resor you will be asked for your reservation number and passport.

At what times should sun exposure be avoided?

The highest sun exposure usually occurs between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. UVB rays are most intense during this period, increasing the risk of sunburn.

How to protect against sunburn?

Use a high sunscreen (SPF 30 or more), wear sun protection such as a hat and sunglasses, and drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Sunscreen is also available at the Palmer Supermercado located at the Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential.

How does Express Check-in work?

The Playa Palmera App offers an Express Check-in feature that speeds up the check-in process by allowing guests to register even before they arrive at the resort. This reduces wait times at the front desk, making your stay more comfortable from the start. For a quick check-in, you will be asked to upload photos/scans of ID cards or passports via the app. Once these have been verified, you will be notified by our team that the process is complete, and your vacation can begin more quickly!

How to make an order using the Delivery option?

The Playa Palmera App also allows you to easily place orders from restaurants and stores at the resort using the Delivery feature. You can browse menus and place orders, allowing for convenient service without having to visit the local establishment in person.
